*Disclaimer* My PC with Win 10 is able to play it with no problem but not sure for the others. Localization is not required after apply HF patch but require for main game installation. The zip file contain -zip ISO of the main game -HF patch a long but not lost legacy. -dll file. Installation 1.unzip the main file 2.unzip and install the main game with localization. I use Local Emulator. or change the system language and timezone to Japan. 3.install HF patch 4.place all dll files in the game folder same place with the .exe. I'm not sure which dll works or not, got them from several places and changed name them until it works. Credit for the HF and modders.
