This is really old good game from (戯画) GIGA
Tested and confirmed. This game working fine on both Windows 10 and Windows 11 64bits Japanese.

Btw, `When you first launch the game, a popup will ask if you want to enable auto-updates`
Press `はい` (Yes) to enable auto-updates.
Press `いいえ` (No) to disable auto-updates.
By the way, the game already has the latest updates, and you may know that Giga shut down in 2023.
So, choose what you prefer. :/
