I believe you're correct. On Lune's site, blue is listed first. Out of curiosity, I also checked the source manga and blue once again comes before red.

Surprised you even bothered. hstream.moe had the 48fps version since early january. Such a better experience.

lol Their videos are at most 30 fps. And if they did actually make their files 48 fps, they'd just be wasting your bandwidth and storage space with twice as many duplicate frames as anime has to begin with. Also, their translations are either bad or lifted from other sources.

clearly you've not even tried them. They interpolate the 24fps videos into 48fps, they look far better than the originals, they upscale the lower quality web releases too. They use who ever has the best subs at the time and update them when better sources are available.
