That's the official licensed DVD's (German) and they are literally in 4:3 incorrectly, I've had that confirmed by two people that got the DVD's and even have the ISO's myself. And from there, it's just easy to say they butchered the video quality or something. This is literally what the DVD's look like. So it's great to see this uncensored, but sad to see such a botched job done on it.
